At Yuki & Sora my focus is on the quality of the jewelry and providing an enjoyable experience to all of my customers. I truly want you to be satisfied with your jewelry. If you have any questions or issues with your items, please contact me through my CONTACT PAGE and I would be more than happy to hear your concerns and try to work something out.

Items from Yuki & Sora can be returned up to 7 days after your item was delivered. There are no returns or exchanges for custom orders. All returned or exchanged items must include all of the original jewelry components, packaging, and cannot have any signs of wear. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from. For returned items, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item less the cost of shipping.
