What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. The rest of the metal is 7.5% copper. This mixture strengthens the metal so it is more durable and can keep it’s form. Because of the copper content Sterling Silver has the potential to tarnish and it is important to take some simple precautions to maintain the quality of your jewelry

What is tarnish?

Tarnish is the loss of luster on the metal’s surface, as a result of exposure to air, dust, or moisture. It often appears as a dull gray or black coating over the metal. Only the top few layers of the metal react and the tarnish seals and stops the underlying layers from reacting. Tarnish can be removed and prevented.

When will my item ship?

Most Yuki & Sora pieces are made to order, so please allow 1-2 business weeks before your order ships. For custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks before your item is shipped. All items are shipped via USPS. If you are hoping to receive your item by a specific date, please send me a message and I can see what I can do.

Returns and Exchanges?

Items may be returned or exchanged for up to 7 days from when the item was received. There are no returns or exchanges for custom orders. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for additional information.
